David Drake, an assistant Kenton County attorney, sees Sandy walking across Madison Avenue.
July 5, 1986 – Around 1:30am
An acquaintance sees Sandy alive and has a conversation with him. Sandy says he had left a Cincinnati gay bar and was on his way to another.
